Our platform helps landlords create offers for various rental options — whether for long-term, permanent or employee parking. In this way, you can ensure that the parking area on your site or in your property is used to maximum capacity. Thanks to modern parking space monitoring with automatic number plate recognition, parking space management is fully digital, even during opening hours.
Through occupancy analyses, we identify unused parking spaces that can be rented out with Wemolo Booking. We thus enable you to generate additional income outside of your actual core business. There is also a high probability that you will also be able to welcome your tenants as customers in your shop. The integration of Wemolo Booking requires no additional effort for you, as we take care of both start-up and on-site support.
When renting out a parking space through Wemolo Booking, there is no strict minimum or maximum period. Landlords have the flexibility to set the rental period for their parking space separately. This makes it possible to set up both short-term (from 1 hour) and long-term (from 1 day) leases. However, it is advisable to define clear conditions regarding the rental period in the written rental agreement to avoid misunderstandings and to ensure a good rental relationship.
Yes, as a landlord, you can set the prices for your parking spaces individually. Wemolo Booking allows landlords to determine their own parking fees based on factors such as location, availability and type of rental (e.g. underground parking space or parking space in a company parking lot).
Should a tenant use the parking space without paying the agreed parking fees or occupy it longer than specified in the rental agreement, Wemolo Booking provides for certain measures to support landlords. If the tenant does not release the parking space after the rental period has expired, it may be necessary to take legal action to claim outstanding payments or to stop using the parking space.
