This makes it possible to set up both short-term (from 1 hour) and long-term (from 1 day) leases. However, it is advisable to define clear conditions regarding the rental period in the written rental agreement to avoid misunderstandings and to ensure a good rental relationship.

Yes, as a landlord, you can set the prices for your parking spaces individually. Wemolo Booking allows landlords to determine their own parking fees based on factors such as location, availability and type of rental (e.g. underground parking space or parking space in a company parking lot).

Should a tenant use the parking space without paying the agreed parking fees or occupy it longer than specified in the rental agreement, Wemolo Booking provides for certain measures to support landlords.
