Initial situation: An outdated barrier solution
Before the introduction of Wemolo technology, Conny-Land used a barrier system that caused problems, especially during the high season. Long waiting times at the entrances and exits caused frustration among visitors, while regular maintenance caused high costs and additional administrative work. A modern, low-maintenance solution was urgently needed to optimize operations and offer guests greater convenience.

With the installation of the modern Wemolo system, Conny-Land was able to completely transform its parking management:
Barrier-free parking space monitoring
Four state-of-the-art license plate scanners record all vehicles entering and leaving the car park, document the parking processes digitally and ensure that parking spaces are primarily available for Conny-Land visitors. This significantly reduces unauthorized use and increases availability for real customers.
User-friendly payment systems
Two automatic pay stations at the central entrance and exit areas offer guests flexible payment options. Both cash and card payments are supported. Alternatively, fees can also be paid conveniently online up to 24 hours after exiting.
Individual signage
The parking lot signage was designed specifically for Conny-Land to make orientation intuitive for visitors and to simplify the parking process.
Low-maintenance technology
The system's robust and low-maintenance infrastructure is ideal for seasonal operation. This reduces operating costs in the long term and ensures trouble-free operation throughout the season.
Digital administration portal
Conny-Land employees can manage parking authorizations via the intuitive administration portal and receive real-time insights into the use of the parking spaces. This enables efficient organization and flexibility in operations.
The Wemolo solution ensures efficient paid parking monitoring at Conny-Land. Camera systems record the license plates, while paying guests pay flexibly at pay stations or online. An administration portal provides employees with quick access and supports low-maintenance, seasonal operation.

Wemolo has a solution for almost every parking space. In a non-binding conversation, we will be happy to show you what needs to be considered in your parking space. In principle, clearly identifiable entrances and exits, a power connection (230V) and good data reception (LTE/5G) are an advantage.
The license plate scanners are installed near the entrance. The exact location varies from location to location. Our license plate scanners have a range of up to 100 m and can capture a width of approx. 12 m. They can therefore be mounted on facades, lamp posts or on roofs.
Third party and long-term parkers who park their vehicles without authorization are recognized by our system and automatically receive a sanction notice.
Terms and conditions and information signs are installed on each parking space, which draw attention in unpaid parking space that it is a customer parking space with a corresponding maximum parking period. The corresponding contractual penalty for infringement is also clearly visible. In paid parking spaces, these signs are supplemented by others that explain the parking process using the digital system. The signs are large and easily recognizable at the entrances and exits and on the parking area. Vehicle owners agree to the terms and conditions by driving into the parking lot.
Our digital parking monitoring uses electronic means to monitor your parking spaces. Using AI-based software, cameras reliably record the license plates of all vehicles — without any barriers.
The use of digital systems makes it possible to optimize parking times. Parking space use is made efficient with parking time limits and long parking times are avoided. The parking time limit is set in consultation with your individual needs at your location.
